PRIX FIXE DINNER WITH CHEFROME and 3V3 TEAM

Champagne Reception, followed by 4-course meal:
Amuse-Bouche: Chef Rome’s Spicy Salmon Chips with smoky blackened salmon, capers and caviar atop creamy apricot cream cheese.
Appetizer: Blackeye Pea Salad, served in a crispy parmesan bowl and tossed with Chef Rome’s signature VIP veggie vinaigrette
Entree: Filet Mignon (palms puree, roasted Cognac glazed carrots and grilled asparagus) OR Asian Sea Bass (plum sauce and baby Bok Choy)
Dessert: Blueberry Crème Brulee Parfait
